New data protection complaints rules take effect in the UK on 19th June 2026.
To comply, all organisations need to have a clear data protection complaints process in place before then. As we highlighted in ComplyGDPR’s subscriber newsletter earlier this year, this is one of the changes brought about by the UK’s new Data Use and Access Act (DUAA).
