GDPR & Data Protection Online Training
Our new, fully updated "Data Protection Essentials" online training course is tailored specifically for executive search and recruitment employees.
It helps ensure your staff have a good understanding of UK GDPR and data protection compliance obligations, and how they apply to the executive search and recruitment process. It also highlights ways their own actions could cause a data breach, or even make them personally liable.
The varied content includes video animation, narrative and interactive activities. It also includes a knowledge check quiz and certificates to evidence that employees have been trained.
This bespoke course is created by ComplyGDPR and is CPD Certified as meeting CPD quality standards for professional online training.
Please contact us with any questions you have about our GDPR and data protection training, either as a refresher for your whole team or for your ad-hoc new starters.
Cyber Security Awareness Training
The short online Cyber Security Awareness training module we provide gives all employees simple, non-technical advice and tips about cyber security to help them stay safe online.
It covers the higher risk areas of cyber-attacks, such as defending against phishing attacks; using strong passwords; securing company and personal devices; and reporting suspicious incidents. It is pertinent for staff working inside your office, from home or in other locations.
This online Cyber Security Awareness course by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) takes around 15-20 minutes to complete. It is delivered on ComplyGDPR's online training platform and is an ideal complement to our own GDPR online training course for employees.
Why Train Your Staff?
Data breaches are almost always a result of human error. Staff training is essential in order to mitigate the risks of a data breach. And to help avoid fines, it is essential to be able to provide training records in the event of a breach investigation.
Everyone in your business needs to understand how they can embed data protection and data security practices into their own day-to-day activities, to help ensure the business and its individual staff members comply with GDPR.
